At a well known Heathrow Airport hotel there was a strange accident this week. A customer only just escaped getting seriously injured when a dog fell from the skies and landed upon his head as he left the airport hotel.

The dog is thought to have been smuggled into the hotel. The small mongrel, reported to be the size of a Jack Russell, is thought to have fallen from an open window on the second or third floor of the hotel. No pictures of the pooch in question are available as we post this.

The customer broke the fall of the plummeting pooch and is reported to have suffered minor injuries. The hotel guest was treated for shock, scratches and minor injuries. The incident led to him missing his flight.
